#CMT# #/CMT# The maintenance procedure for a hydrocarbon catalytic reforming kiln consists of fitting at least one catalytic tube (7) in the kiln with a temperature sensor connected to a data acquisition system that allows for continuous recording of temperature variations during the kiln's operation. The recorded temperatures are converted into a duration of the remaining life for each tube, on which a replacement plan can be based.
