#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves pressurizing a fluid system which is connected to an energy reserve accumulator. A fluid is maintained at an operating pressure (Pf) for a period (tau ) in order to ensure stabilization of the fluid system. The pressurization of the fluid system is stopped. A duration (delta t) set by the fluid system is determined to pass from a preset pressure (P1) to a preset pressure (P2), where the pressure (P2) is less than the pressure (P1) which is less than the pressure (Pf). The duration (delta t) is compared with a preset reference time (Tref). #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for the implementation of an energy reserve accumulator`s state controlling method (2) an aircraft comprising an energy reserve accumulator and a device for the implementation of an energy reserve accumulator`s state controlling method. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for controlling a state of an energy reserve accumulator e.g. metal bellows hydraulic accumulator or air vessel with membrane, that is connected to a high pressure hydraulic line of a fluid system of an airplane (claimed) or ship for maintaining pressure close to a nominal operative pressure and for absorbing overpressure generated in a hydraulic circuit in order to avoid damage of the structure and equipments of the airplane during sudden pressure variation in pipelines. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method permits to verify the pressurization of an energy reserve accumulator in order to permit a reliable, precise and automatic control of the state of pressurization of the accumulator, and is simple and economic.
