The device has a protection shell (1) that is positioned by gravity on an L-shaped storage element which is posed at ground and/or on a wall tie. The shell has, on upper part, a peg (4) which interlocks on the top of the storage element or on the wall tie. A protection return (5) is provided on two inner sides of the shell. A sound and/or visual system related to the GTC of the firm following the prescription of the client is provided for detecting the presence of the extinguisher during the gripping of the extinguisher.
