The lure (3) has a movable load in a hollow volume arranged inside the lure. The load is visible across the wall of the lure so that the movement of the load modifies the appearance of the lure. The load is constituted by solid particles e.g. tinsel, pearl, ball, of different shapes and colors, floating in a liquid e.g. water, oil, where the liquid occupies 30 to 90 percent of the hollow volume.
