An impedance matching apparatus and a method of a mobile terminal are provided to reduce power consumption by removing the necessity of increasing transmission power. A voltage controller(700) outputs a pre-set voltage by a measured internal temperature of a mobile terminal. An impedance correction unit(600) corrects the impedance of a matched SAW duplexer(300) based on the outputted voltage. An impedance matching unit(200) matches the impedance of the SAW duplexer(300) to a pre-set impedance. A temperature measurement unit(800) measures the internal temperature of the mobile terminal. |
