<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation index for energy saving performance considering also usability. <P>SOLUTION: By using an index UE taking the distance of the plotted point of each model from an origin in figure where waiting time (X-axis) and power consumption (Y-axis) are shown as reference, the performance of each model is shown by a numerical value.
