<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing apparatus capable of keeping an entire object under proper exposure even if an object of a great reflection factor, such as eyeglasses or glass, exists within one irradiation area. <P>SOLUTION: Before main light emission in photographing, pre-emission is performed from a plurality of LEDs (areas 1-9) to a plurality of irradiation areas to determine presence/absence of, within an irradiation area, an object of a high reflection factor such as eyeglasses receiving the quantity of reflection light of that pre-emission in an imaging element and if eyeglasses or the like exist, the irradiation area is irradiated with auxiliary photographing light for the quantity of light less than the proper quantity of light in main light emission, thereby preventing the occurrence of halation. After photographing, regarding the area irradiated with the decreased quantity of light, an image processing section performs luminance correction thereon later so that the entire object is adjusted into proper exposure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
