<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously notice maintenance management periods of respective constituent parts by an easy method before an electronic component mounting device gets out of order, and to provide a warning that it is a maintenance management period before a constituent part has its duration. <P>SOLUTION: Guaranteed operation frequencies, previous notice operation frequencies, guaranteed periods, and previous notice periods are previously stored in a memory 39 by respective constituent parts of an actuator system. Operations of an actuator are counted (S01), and the counted number of operations is compared with a guaranteed operation frequency (S02). When the guaranteed operation frequency is exceeded, a warning is displayed to indicate that it is a maintenance management period (S03). The counted number of operations is compared with a previous notice operation frequency (S04). When the previous notice operation frequency is exceeded, previous notice of the maintenance management period is displayed (S05). When a use period exceeds the guaranteed period (YES at S06), a warning that it is the maintenance management period is displayed (S07). When the use period exceeds the previous notice period (YES at S08), previous notice of the maintenance management period is displayed (S09).
