<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize circulating power and heat radiation loss of supplied hot water even if constituting a hot water storage tank as a thermally stratified type and to achieve instant hot water supply by circulating supplied hot water in a circulating line to avoid inconvenience and wastefulness caused by waste water, in a circulating storage hot water supply system for circulating supplied hot water stored in the hot water storage tank, to the circulating line to supply hot water to a hot water supply faucet from the circulating line. <P>SOLUTION: The hot water storage tank 1 is constituted as the thermally stratified type for storing the supplied hot water in the form of forming thermal stratification, and the circulating line 10 is connected to the hot water storage tank 1 in the form of the supplied hot water flowing out of an uppermost part 2 of the hot water storage tank 1 to an outward line 8 and flowing into a lowermost part 3 of the hot water storage tank 1 from a return line 9.
