PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a differential signal line pair against external noise or to prevent crosstalk among a plurality of differential signal line pairs even if an integrated circuit device is mounted on a substrate of a single layer print pattern. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device 20 comprises an input pad region 30, and an interface circuit 50 equipped with at least one receiving circuit 62 for receiving at least a pair of differential signals DP and DM from the input pad region 30. The input pad region 30 includes a differential signal input region 70 receiving at least a pair of differential signals DP and DM, and first and second power supply input regions 72 and 74. The first and second power supply input regions 72 and 74 are arranged on with of the differential signal input region 70 between in the X direction along one side of the interface circuit 50.
