<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance vacuum heat insulating body having superior heat insulating performance by reducing an internal pressure of the vacuum heat insulating body, maintaining the pressure, and using a gas adsorption material effectively adsorbing nitrogen with low reactivity in application to a heat insulating body. <P>SOLUTION: The heat insulating body 4 comprises a core material 5, the gas adsorption material 1, a water content adsorption material 7, and an oxygen adsorption material 8 produced by co-evaporation gaseous phase synthesizing method of lithium and a high polymer, and a covering material 6 having gas barrier performance covering them, and formed by pressure reduction of an interior of the covering material 6. An inorganic fiber aggregate is used as the core material 5, and a laminated film composed of a surface protecting layer, a gas barrier layer, and a heat welding layer is used as the covering material 6. Nitrogen unremovable by an industrial evacuation process is adsorbed and removed by the gas adsorbing material 1, and as a result, the heat insulating performance of the heat insulating body 4 can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
