<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunlight hour estimating device for estimating the actual percentage of the hours of sunlight per unit time. <P>SOLUTION: This sunlight hour estimating device includes a weather/sunlight hour storing means 10 in which weather information per unit time in a specific region and the percentage information of the hours of sunlight per unit time in the specific region are stored so as to be associated with each other, a temperature sensor 11 and a moisture sensor 12 for observing weather, a first data converting means 13 for fetching the observation result from the sensors 11 and 12, and for converting the fetched observation result into mean weather information per unit time, an actual information storing means 14 for storing the mean weather information converted by the first data converting means and a sunlight hour estimating means for estimating the future percentage of the hours of sunlight per unit time from the mean weather information stored by the actual information storage means by using the weather information stored by the weather/sunlight hour storage means and the percentage information of the hours of sunlight per unit time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
