PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cost reduction and simplification of the assembling and adjustment or the like of a mechanical part by simplifying the mechanical part while maintaining high reliability, to realize long life by dispensing with a power source, light emitting elements or the like, and to enhance impact resistance. SOLUTION: A main controller is equipped with a handle position detector 11 for detecting the position of the braking handle 1. The handle position detector 11 includes a plurality of individual position detectors provided respectively corresponding to the plurality of notch positions of the braking handle 1. Respective individual position detector includes a magnet provided to a movable part interlocked with the braking handle 1, and a lead switch which is turned on when the magnet set to a fixing part approaches and is turned off when the magnet moves away.
