PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly disperse raw material powder while preventing a trouble in a continuous kneading machine even when a monolithic refractory contains large coarse particles in the continuous kneading of the monolithic refractory. SOLUTION: The continuous kneading machine 10 comprises a trough-shaped casing 1 with a U-shaped cross section, a rotary shaft 2 set in the casing 1, a spiral blade 3 and a paddle blade 4 which are fitted to a rotary shaft, and a motor 5 driving the rotary shaft. The end part on the opposite side to the motor 5 of the rotary shaft 2 is held by a rotary shaft receptacle 17 set in an outer frame. A lid 13 is provided on the upper surface of the casing. In the lid 13, from the motor side, a coarse particle supply port 14, a slurry supply port 15, and a large coarse particle supply port 16 are provided on the upstream side, i. e. in the figure.
