PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use dishwasher which prevents impact to dishes when a washing tub moves forward by itself. SOLUTION: The dishwasher has a cover 11 fixed under the washing tub 2 for washing dishes 7, an outer frame cover 13 fixed to the front of an outer frame 12 which covers the washing tub 2, and rails 14 for movably supporting the washing tub 2 on the outer frame 12. Elastic stoppers 15 and 16 are provided near a rear end 11a and in front of the rear end 11a of the cover 11 so as to be pressed by the outer frame cover 13 when the washing tub 2 is drawn forward. When the washing tub 2 accidentally moves forward by itself, the front elastic stopper 16 abuts against the outer frame cover 13 and is pressed for regulating movement. When the elastic stopper 16 goes over an abutment part against the outer frame cover 13, the elastic stopper 15 near the rear end 11a securely stops the movement of the washing tub 2 for preventing impact applied to the dishes 7 or the like.
