PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respiratory condition determining device capable of determining various symptoms during a sleep. SOLUTION: This respiratory condition determining device comprises a respiratory sound measuring means 111 coming into contact with a subject and measuring the respiratory sound passing through the respiratory tract, a frequency converting means 132 frequency-converting the respiratory sound and acquiring a frequency spectrum, a respiratory synchronous component extraction means 134 extracting respiratory synchronous components varying with the respiration from the frequency spectrum, a frequency distribution detecting means 134 detecting the frequency distribution of the respiratory synchronous components, and a respiratory condition determination means 138 determining the respiratory condition of the subject based on the frequency distribution.
