PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetics container which enables the individual setting of a spring force of an engaging piece to be engaged with the outer peripheral surface of a makeup plate and a spring force of a pressing piece for pressing the makeup plate held stably. SOLUTION: First and second engaging recesses 11 and 12 are provided on sides facing each other of the outer peripheral surface of the makeup plate 7 and a first engaging protrusion 13 engageable with the first engaging recesse is disposed on one side of the inner peripheral surface of a makeup plate housing part 2 while the engaging piece 16 which is formed and sectioned with a first slit 18 to be made elastically deformable with one end as a free end and has a second engaging protrusion 14 engageable with the second engaging recess and the pressing piece 17 which is linked to the engaging piece while being formed and sectioned with the second slit 19 to be made elastically deformable with one end as a free end and has a protrusion 20 set to a degree of protrusion less than that of the second engaging protrusion to press the makeup plate in the direction of the first engaging protrusion are provided on the side facing the one side of the inner peripheral surface of the makeup plate housing part.
