PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for preventing hen's eggs from cracking, with which eggs laid from hens are prevented from striking a bottom net and cracking by the shock and which is arranged and used in an existing chicken farming cage. SOLUTION: The member 30 for preventing hen's eggs from cracking is used in the chicken farming cage 10 equipped with a front opening part 13 and the bottom net 12 furnished with an egg collecting part 22 at a part inclined downward to the front and projected to the front from the opening part 13 and made of a wire, has a size to be inserted from the opening part 13 into the chicken farming cage 10, is detachably arranged on the bottom net 12 and is equipped with a cushioning function constituted of a wire.
