PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the load on a worker accompanying to the operation of a ground leveling device 51 by interlocking the up/down operation of the ground leveling device 51 with the on-off operation of power transmission to the ground leveling device 51 to surely repeat the on-off operation of power transmission with the same timing. SOLUTION: The up/down operation of a ground leveling device 51 and the on/off operation of power transmission to the ground leveling device 51 are controlled at the same time by the operation of a single operation lever 85. When the on/off of power transmission is switched at a height between a non-working state to lift the ground leveling device 51 to a waiting position and a working state to lower and ground the ground working device 51, the ground leveling device is grounded to the field surface in rotating state by lowering the device 51 to quickly start the normal leveling and planting operations at the same time.
