ANALYSIS SYSTEM ON MOLECULAR BIOMARKERS OF PARDOSA ASTRIGERA FOR THE EFFECT OF HEAVY METAL EXPOSURE

A method for evaluating contamination of heavy metals in the surface environment, which can monitor an exposure level of heavy metals, the proceeding state of heavy metal contamination and a biological health state of the current ecological environment only through expression patterns of genes of Pardosa astrigera, is provided. In the method for evaluating contamination of heavy metals in the surface environment using molecular biomarkers of indicator organisms, the method comprises using one or more genes of Pardosa astrigera selected from COI(cytochrome c oxidase subunit I), CdTA(Cd transporting ATPase), and CTA(cation transporting ATPase) as molecular biomarkers. The method comprises amplifying gene transcripts of the Pardosa astrigera by a real-time quantitative PCR to compare relative expression doses of respective genes. The method comprises evaluating an exposure extent of heavy metals in the surface environment by expression doses of COI and CdTA and evaluating an accumulation extent of heavy metals in the surface environment by an expression dose of CTA.
