<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treatment device of a fuel cell which reduces concentration of hydrogen exhausted from the fuel cell and discharges to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: This is a diluter 40A (exhaust gas treatment device of a fuel cell) which dilutes hydrogen exhausted from an anode of the fuel cell by a diluting gas and discharges to the outside. The diluter has: diluting passages W1, W2 which are branched from an exhaust hydrogen passage where the hydrogen exhausted from the anode flows, and each downstream side is connected to a cathode off-gas passage; and pressure loss units 42A, 42A (flow-rate setting means) which are installed respectively in the diluting passages W1, W2 and establish the flow rate. The flow rates at the downstream sides of the pressure loss unit 42A, 42A are established to be equal, and the volumes of passages of the diluting passages W1, W2 between each pressure loss unit 42A and the cathode off-gas passage are different. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
