The control method is used for a hybrid drive with an IC engine (10), an electric motor (24) and a drive transmission (16), with a control unit (20) controlling a clutch (12) between the IC engine and the drive transmission and an intermediate gearing (22) with at least 2 conversion ratios, coupling the electric motor to the input shaft (14) or the output shaft (18) of the drive transmission, such that the drive for acceleration of the automobile from a standstill is provided solely by the electric motor, with the intermediate gearing in its lowest conversion ratio. The drive is taken over by the IC engine before switching the conversion ratio of the intermediate gearing. |
