FLUIDIZED BED REACTOR AND METHOD FOR REACTION USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized bed reactor improving the yield of a reaction by controlling the local molar ratio distribution of a reaction gas in the reactor and to provide a method for ammoxidation or oxidation using the reactor.

SOLUTION: The method for ammoxidation or oxidation of an organic substance in the fluidized bed reactor is provided. Furthermore, the fluidized bed reactor is composed of a reactor, a sparger for supplying and dispersing a gas containing the organic substance and a distributor for supplying and dispersing an oxygen-containing gas. The sparger is composed of a header and a plurality of dispersing pipes connected from the header in the transverse direction. The dispersing pipes have a plurality of orifices, respectively and the hole diameter of an orifice farthest from the header is larger than the hole diameter of an orifice nearest to the header. The hole diameter of one orifice is larger than or equal to the hole diameter of the adjacent orifice nearer to the header than the one orifice. The reaction temperature is 400-500°C and the pressure is <3 kg/cm2.
