<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new solar cell which can be manufactured at a relatively low cost without using harmful component as raw materials, and has good conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An oxide thin film solar cell has a structure in which a ZnO film and an Ag<SB>2</SB>O film are sequentially laminated on a transparent electrode.
