PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform the operation of a cradle device which is constituted so that an imaging apparatus can be attached and detached to and from the device as far as possible. SOLUTION: When an operation regarding the setting of a digital camera 100 is accepted when the digital camera 100 is not attached, data regarding the operation are temporarily held in the cradle device 200 and when the digital camera 100 is attached to the cradle device 200 next, the set value of the digital camera 100 is updated on the basis of the temporarily held data.
