PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly type rectifier and a small motor used therewith, capable of efficiently contributing to weight and size reductions by reducing the number of components for high assembly accuracy. SOLUTION: This rectifier includes at least a support deck 13 fixed at a rotating shaft 12 in a collar condition; and a plurality of rectifier pieces 23 each of which has a support leg piece 23a formed so as to go along the support deck 13 side and a standing piece 23b bent from the support leg piece 23a side so as to go along the rotating shaft 12 side and which are arranged independently. The each of the rectifier pieces 23, by intervening clearances between them and an insulation layer 24 between contact surfaces of the rotating shaft 12 and the support deck 13, respectively, is fixed on the rotating shaft 12 side and the support deck 13 side to form the rectifier 11, and the rectifier 11 is assembled as the rectifier to form the small motor.
