PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which has excellent storage stability, has a sufficient matting effect and a sufficient anti-staining property also after stored, and has improved weather resistance, without deteriorating physical properties as a sealant, an adhesive and a coating. SOLUTION: This curable composition comprises (A) a cross-linkable silyl group-containing organic polymer, (B) an acrylic polymer, (C) a compound which reacts with water to produce an amine compound, and (D) a curing catalyst. The component (A) is preferably a cross-linkable silyl group-containing polyoxyalkylene-based polymer, a cross-linkable silyl group-containing acrylic-modified polyoxyalkylene-based polymer, and/or a cross-linkable silyl group-containing methacrylic-modified polyoxyalkylene-based polymer.
