PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulant capable of cooling a PET bottle for a long time under a close contact condition. SOLUTION: This cold insulant is brought into close contact with the bottle, by providing an inclination in the cold insulant with a hole in the central part of a circular shape, so as to be easily carried.
