PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical jacket capable of reducing a pressure loss by attaching longitudinal reinforcements in an inner side, to provide a jacket hose that does not deform by adhering and fixing the weft by a lining material, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In regard to a cylindrical jacket of a 1/2 twill weave arranged with a twill line arranged in an inner side, the cylindrical jacket 21 is characterized by that a crossed state by vertical ups and downs of warp threads 22a-22k and weft threads 23<SB>1</SB>-23<SB>11</SB>in a jacket inner side is changed into an altered twill with continuous ups of the weft threads 23<SB>1</SB>-23<SB>11</SB>on the warp threads 22a-22k.
