PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display tape stuck to a flexible mobile handrail belt in a moving passage to inform a user using the moving passage of various types of information related to parts around the moving passage, preventing occurrence of air bubbles between sticking faces of left and right side fringe parts of the information display tape and left and right side fringe parts of the flexible mobile handrail belt and preventing occurrence of wrinkles and tear in the left and right side fringe parts of the information display tape. SOLUTION: Holes 13, 14 having adequate size are provided at an adequate interval in the left and right side fringe parts 12 of the information display tape 10 stuck to the flexible mobile handrail belt.
