PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire winding method for preventing winding pitch of a wire from becoming narrow even at a traverse inversion position, preventing occurrence of disorder in winding due to collapse of winding in the vicinity of a collar part even when distortion occurs in the collar part, and winding the wire smoothly in order. SOLUTION: Difference between taking-back speed by a taking-back capstan 7 and winding speed by rotation of a winding bobbin 9 is detected from displacement of a winding dancer 15 provided between the taking-back capstan 7 and a guide roller 11 to adjust traverse speed so that the detected difference becomes zero. Winding speed is controlled by setting it to the adjusted traverse speed to keep the winding pitch constant. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
