PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of spatters or the like in an overlapped part between a welding start zone and a welding finished zone in the case circumferential welding is performed with an electron beam, and to satisfactorily perform the electron beam welding. SOLUTION: In the electron beam welding method where an electron beam emitted from an electron gun is almost vertically emitted to a joint part formed by mutually contacting two or more works, and the electron beam and the two or more works are relatively rotated, so as to join the two or more works, the electron beam is almost vertically emitted from the welding start zone to the circumferential direction of the two or more works, so as to cause rotation for one or two rounds, and, after arrival to the welding start zone, as the current value of the electron beam is reduced, the direction of the electron beam is deviated, and the electron beam is obliquely emitted.
