PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist a table tennis player to accurately master correct footwork. SOLUTION: A set 30 of mark sheets having an elliptic outline contour includes right and left mark sheets 31L, 31R for a full step, mark sheets 32L, 32R for a half step, and mark sheets 33L, 33R for start position, preferably a mark sheet for a toe step. The respective mark sheets 31 to 33 are provided with a mark like a footprint put on the central part to show directivity. The set 30 of the mark sheets is installed in the floor of a training place according to an instruction book in which a footwork chart is filed, and the player learns the footwork while paying attention to the foot carry, and the way of putting the body weight on or the direction of feet in each step according to the mark sheets 31 to 33 for signs.
