PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled paper cutting apparatus that enables a user to easily perform cutting with one hand without changing tension. SOLUTION: The rolled paper cutting apparatus 1 is constituted by including: (1) a support member 2 having a pair of right and left side boards 21, a connection board 22 at the front end of each side board 21, and support bars 23, 24 disposed at the front and rear sides of a bottom; and (2) a guide member 3 having a guide body 31, which is composed of a bottom surface part made of a thin plate with a round surface at the rear end and a flat surface at the front side and of blades arranged at the right and left outer sides of upper ends in the pair of right and left front and rear wall surface parts, a cutter 32 made of a hard plastic thin plate and equipped with a cutting edge part at the upper end, and an attachment board 33 having a short piece 33b to be projecting backward in a horizontal hook shape at the top part of a long piece 33a. (3) The blade part is projecting a little and fixed to the upper end part of the long piece 33a, where the connection board 22 is fixed on the front surface, and the bottom surface part is fixed onto the upper surface of the short piece 33b.
