PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust, which is removed from a filter arranged on the downstream side of a first dust separation means and accumulated in a second dust collection part, from re-adhesion to the filter by operation of an electric blower. SOLUTION: A dust separation case 21 having a fine dust outlet is provided with the first dust separation means 20 for separating air and dust in the air, and a first dust collection part for accumulating the separated dust. The dust separation case 21 has the filter 46 for filtering the dust from air passing through the first dust separation means 20, and a movable dust carrier 55. A dust removal member (a dust removing member) 38 is provided for removing the dust captured by the filter. An opening/closing member is provided for opening and closing the fine dust outlet, and for closing the outlet when the electric blower is operated. The dust removed from the filter by the dust removal means 38 is pushed and moved by the dust carrier 55 and discharged from the fine dust outlet while the electric blower is stopped.
