PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor integrated with puncturing instrument which is assembled easily by forming the biosensor of an extremely simple structure while retaining a strength to sufficiently withstand an impact caused by puncturing by a user and enables reliable measurement with a small amount of a sample fluid by making the entire biosensor minute. SOLUTION: The biosensor has a surface opposing structure or a hollow columnar structure formed by penetrating or burying at least two electrodes or the electrode forming base materials perpendicularly to a base plate. The biosensor has a distal end part which is located at a blood collecting opening of at least one electrode or the electrode forming base material and has a structure of a single-edged knife type, a double-edged knife type, or a needlelike type to puncture a subject.
