PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating Panus cornucopiae in a mushroom bed by which the cultivation of Panus cornucopiae in the mushroom bed is certainly carried out and Panus cornucopiae having good quality is efficiently produced. SOLUTION: The method for cultivating Panus cornucopiae in the mushroom bed comprises a sterilization process for heat sterilizing a medium material packed in a culture bag, a spawn inoculation process for inoculating spawns to the medium, a culture process for culturing the spawns by tightly closing the culture bag inoculated with the spawns and a sprouting and/or growth process for generating fruiting bodies from the medium and growing the same to be a strain. In the sprouting and/or growing process, two or more fruiting bodies 50b for growing to be harvested are selected from the fruiting bodies generated from the mushroom bed 20a and the fruiting bodies 50b are harvested by repeating the growing and/or harvesting process for harvesting the fruiting bodies for two or more times.
