PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mower capable of blowing off mowed grass to a desired position, and causing little noise. SOLUTION: The mower has a blade 11 having a cutter 22 and a blower 20 installed so as to be tilted upward based on the lower surface of the cutter 22 at a prescribed angleα. The tip of the cutter 22 is tilted upward at 10°from the horizontal plane while keeping the angle formed by the blower 20 and the lower surface of the cutter 22 in the mower 1 for cutting the grass by the cutter 22 by rotating the blade 11 in the horizontal direction at high speed, and blowing the cut grass by the blower 20 to a grass bag (the desired position) 15.
