The furnace has a microwave-injecting unit energized with microwave-energy by a microwave-generator. A conveying unit is directly supported on a body that is made of a high frequency conductive material, where the body is arranged in an inner side of a base wall and is U-shaped transverse to a conveying direction. A microwave-blocking filter is arranged at an inlet (120) and at an outlet (122) of a microwave-monomode channel (110).
