摘要 A liquid crystal display device is provided to restrain a high potential difference between a bridge and common electrodes formed on a gate driving circuit by forming an alignment film on the gate driving circuit, prevent corrosion of the bridge by preventing damage of an insulator film of the gate driving circuit, and realize a structure standing against an external shock by forming the alignment film not to be overlapped with a sealant at a liquid crystal injection port. A gate driving circuit(200) includes a plurality of thin film transistors formed at a non-display area on a first substrate, wherein a channel is formed of an amorphous silicon. An alignment film(250) is formed on a valid display area(390) of the first substrate and on the gate driving circuit, having a protruded part(410) protruded around a liquid crystal injection port(400).
