PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber-reinforced composite material excellent in dynamical properties as before and excellent in durability. SOLUTION: The carbon fiber-reinforced composite material comprises at least [A] a matrix resin, [B] a flake body comprising a clay mineral and [C] a carbon fiber, in which the matrix resin [A] comprises a thermosetting resin, the flake body [B] has an average thickness of≥0.1 nm to≤5 nm and an average length of≥1 nm to≤1μm, and the carbon fiber [C] has≥1.8% to≤4% tensile elongation.
