PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect user's privacy by dividing attribute information so that only necessary attribute information is presented and reissuing a certificate of the divided attribute information. SOLUTION: An attribute information exchange system stores the attribute information in a mobile terminal device 3a and provide services corresponding to the attribute information by exchanging the attribute information. The mobile terminal device 3a has a tamperproof area 33, and divides the property information to present only necessary property information to an opposite-side user and reissues a certificate of the divided attribute information in the tamperproof area to protect the user's privacy.
