PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a constituent member for a rain water storage infiltration tank with high destruction strength against pressure from the horizontal direction and the rain water storage infiltration tank. SOLUTION: In the case a plurality of constituent members 20 are made to pile up a plurality of stages to connect, the side wall front end sections 22B and 24B of the constituent members 20 on an upper stage are fitted to first and second groove sections 31 and 32 of the constituent members 20 on a lower stage. In the rain water storage infiltration tank constituted by such an impaction method, while the first and second groove sections 31 and 32 come into surface contact with the side wall front end sections 22B and 24B each other to pressure from the horizontal direction, the destruction strength is getting high against pressure from the horizontal direction.
