PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building structure for setting a subwoofer, which has the subwoofer set in a room in a manner keeping out of the way, and rarely transmits deep bass of the subwoofer to a room adjacent thereto or to an upper story. SOLUTION: According to the building structure, a subwoofer setting space section 4 is secured in an underfloor space section 3 on a building first story, and the space section 4 is enclosed by a sound insulating mass body except for a deep bass radiation section 6. The sound shielding mass body is formed, e.g. of an underfloor concrete dirt floor 2 on the building first story, and a concrete peripheral wall 5 rising from the underfloor concrete dirt floor 2 across the underfloor space section 3 to enclose the periphery of the subwoofer setting space section 4, and preferably the deep bass radiation section 6 is arranged on the floor surface 1 on the building first story. More preferably the deep bass radiation section 6 is enclosed with a lightweight floor material 7 that can radiate deep bass, and the lightweight floor material 7 may be cut away from the first-story floor material 1.
