PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ribbon cassette capable of suppressing an increase in cost and stably maintaining superb printing quality. SOLUTION: The ribbon cassette 10 comprises an ink ribbon 11 transferred in the state of impregnating an ink, an ink impregnating part 17 storing the ink, a transfer gear 12b feeding the ink relative to the ink ribbon from the ink impregnating part, and a press force adjusting part 18 changing the press force of the ink impregnating part relative to the transfer gear.
