PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be able to perform the plantation of arrowhead seed bulbs (w) on a paddy surface efficiently with less fatigue. SOLUTION: This hand-held paddy transplanter for the arrowhead seed bulbs is obtained by installing an operation handle 5 at the base end part of a handle part 1, a seed bulb-holding part 3 at the distal end of the handle part and, a pushing member 7 capable of being displaced in front and rear and in the longitudinal direction of the handle part 1 as moving jointly with the operation of the operation handle 5 in the inner hole of the handle part 1. The planting position-deciding tool having a portable container for the arrowhead seed bulbs is provided by forming indices for seed bulb-transplanting positions corresponding to 6 positions consisting of a pair of front planting positions becoming the front part left and right of a self-standing structure, a pair of intermediate planting positions becoming the rear part left and right planting positions of the self-standing structural body and a pair of rear planting positions becoming the rear direction of these pairs of intermediate transplanting positions, and also formed with a left and right direction-deciding rod member, a container for the arrowhead seed bulbs and a handle part.
