PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underdrainage device surely draining sediment deposited in a pool trap or the like to a drainage path even when the bottom of the drainage path is shallow. SOLUTION: The underdrainage device has the following structure: at least either one of an inflow-side duct line and an outflow-side duct line of the pool trap is provided with a slanted duct line part; bending angles of joint parts of both ends of the slanted duct line part are <90°C; the outflow end of the outflow-side duct line is opened upward in a vertical direction; drainage boxes are sequentially set at the upper part of the opening; the drainage boxes are each provided with a drainage duct line draining water into the drainage path; and either one of the inflow-side duct line of the pool trap and the drainage duct line of the drainage box is provided with the slanted duct line part.
