PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive smoke-reducing pipe capable of sufficiently absorbing the smoke and smell of a cigarette even by a small structure, and convenient for carrying. SOLUTION: The smoke-reducing pipe 1 is constituted by integrally making a storing part 2 in a cylinder shape with a bottom, for storing the burning part C1 of a cigarette C, a fixing part 3 for fixing the mouthpiece part C2 of the cigarette C, and a narrowed part 4 present between the storing part 2 and the fixing part 3, out of a copper plate. Porous carbon fiber is detachably attached to the inner surface of the storing part 2 and the narrowed part 4. Many holes 6 are formed in the side face and the bottom face of the storing part 2, and heat-insulation members 7 are stuck to the whole surface of the fixing part 3 and the narrowed part 4, and the surface at the nearly half of the storing part 2 in the longitudinal direction. When smoking, the smoke 60 and the smell generated from the burning part C1 of the cigarette C are absorbed in the nearly complete state to leak almost no smoke 60 and smell of the cigarette C to the exterior, and to have almost no bad effects on the surrounding people.
