Provided are a membrane-electrode assembly for fuel cell, which prevents fuel from crossing over to a cathode electrode through a polymeric electrolyte membrane, and a fuel cell system comprising the same, which has high power. The membrane-electrode assembly for fuel cells comprises: an anode electrode including an electrode substrate and an anode catalytic layer formed on the electrode substrate; a cathode electrode including an electrode substrate and a cathode catalytic layer formed on the electrode substrate; and a polymeric electrolyte membrane placed between the anode electrode and the cathode electrode. An average porosity of the anode catalytic layer increases from a first surface contacting the polymeric electrolyte membrane to a second surface contacting the electrode substrate. |
