A buying, accumulating, and drawing method is provided to draw a winner through automatic drawing using a program if target accumulation is completed in a shopping mall and an open market by purchase of customers, and draw the winner again by rotating the target accumulation. If the customer buys a specific product, the number of purchases is automatically accumulated. If the number of accumulated purchases is reached to a specific number, the drawing is automatically performed by the program and the winner is drawn.
